Cru Kombucha is owned and operated by Christian Alber, and Zachary Twombly. It all started in 2016 when we wanted to bring delicious Kombucha to Salt Lake City. We both had culinary backgrounds and loved experimenting with fermentation. Since then we have honed our craft and continue to supply SLC with the best Kombucha possible!
